Producer Notes: Manual harvest, de-stemmed and pre-fermentation maceration for 2 days. Fermentation at controlled temperature for 15 days. Post-fermentation maceration period of 10 days with 10 months ageing in new French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes: One of the producer’s new single-varietal wines, this is a powerful success. Its strong, perfumed tannins and rich black fruit.
