Producer Notes: Sustainably farmed in granite soils with Atlantic climate conditions. Hand harvested, 12 hour maceration without stems, slowly fermented and aged on lees for 5 months with battonage.

Tasting Notes: “Beautifully done, this is solid in the mid-palate and concentrated enough to hold up to foods. It is rather surprisingly lush and round.” .
