Producer Notes: Made from Verdelho grown in old vineyards planted in “currais” a few meters from the sea. Fermentation interrupted with the addition of carefully selected grape-based distilled alcohol. Aged in old oak barrels throughout the life of the wine until the time of blending in its most mature state.

Tasting Notes: Gold color and greenish hints. Aroma of ripe citrus, honey, and almonds in an iodinated set. In the mouth, textured but soft. Sweetness balanced by a surprising acidity, characteristic of the great wines from Azores. Saline and persistent finish.
