Producer Notes: This is a blend of different red grapes for about 3 years, which gives it freshness and fruity aromas. The fermentation was interrupted by the addition of brandy. Living the residual sugar which gives it freshness and oxidative aromas.

Tasting Notes: Ruby colour, aroma of blackberries, blueberries and plums. It is well structured in the mouth with a soft velvety texture. It ends with a delicious, freshness, elegance, acidity that balances with sweetness.
