OBIDOS –ROSSIO LICOR DE GINJA

Ginja Rossio is a liqueur produced in Óbidos, Portugal, using an ancestral method that combines knowledge and tradition with the quality and freshness of the best sour cherries.

This amazing liqueur is produced by a small family business located in the village of Sobral da Lagoa, a parish in the municipality of Óbidos an area known for growing ginja (cherry) fruit. .

The fruit is harvested at the right stage of maturation. After one year maceration, the resulting liquor from the process is extracted without using artificial colors or preservatives. Final product is ruby color with fruity taste, sweetness and refined flavors.

This delicious Portuguese liqueur can be served as an aperitif or as a digestive, to drink along with desserts or enjoyed it by itself.
