Producer Notes: The grapes are handpicked, totally destemmed and fermentation occurs in stainless steel vats under controlled temperature at 28°C,. Full contact with the skin for 10 days and malolactic fermentation occurs in stainless steel vats.

Tasting Notes: Fruity aroma of ripe red fruits. Soft fruity notes of red fruits, dark chocolate with soft tannins and a balanced finish.
