Producer Notes: Palpite Reserva is produced from a selection of the best vineyard blocks and finest barrels from every year. Sustainably farmed, hand picked, fermented with only indigenous yeasts at 27ºC , 21 days post fermentation maceration and aged for 18 months in used French oak.

Tasting Notes: “Fresh and elegant and it finishes with a burst of lovely fruit. Concentrated in flavors, leaning to red and black fruits, this is almost silky in texture and very graceful.  It seems fairly ready to  drink now—and pretty irresistible—but it will certainly improve over a year or two.”
