Alcohol: 14% vol.

Producer Notes: The grapes were harvested at the end of August and September. Hand picked, fermented and aged at controlled temperature at 20ºC in Talha (clay) wine press and stainless steel vats for one year. The wine aged in used Allier oak barrels for 18 months. .

Tasting Notes: An Atlantic wine, with a balanced acidity and freshness, that represents its terroir. The wine has notes of red fruits, wood and spices. It is an exotic, complex, long and fresh wine with balsamic notes. It is a wine with great potential for ageing in the bottle.
