Producer Notes: Manual harvest with two days of pre-fermenting maceration. Fermentation at controlled temperature for 15 days. Aged in used oak barrels for 12 months.

Tasting Notes: “Solid in the mid-palate adding a layer and shows a touch of herbs and blue berries. The structure is the most interesting . This has fine focus, structure and concentration. It is a super value that should continue to age well for the next several years.”
