Producer Notes: The grapes are handpicked then totally crushed and destemmed. Fermentation takes place in the 2,500L stainless steel vats under controlled temperature.

Tasting Notes: Light salmon colour, notes of flower, citrus, and fresh red fruit. Bright with hints of gooseberry, cherry, pomelo. Good minerality, crisp acidity, and refreshing finish.
