Producer Notes: The 40 year old vine yards are located in the Sub-Region of Terras de Senhorim between the Dão and Mondego river, planted at altitude of 400 to 500m in granite soils. The grapes are pressed at low pressure, in a pneumatic press, and then sent to a decantation vats for fermentation at controlled temperatures between 15 to 17 degrees.

Tasting Notes: Light pink, fruity and fresh with notes of raspberry and strawberries, vibrant acidity.
