Producer Notes: Sustainably farmed at 200m altitude on granite / schist soils with west exposure. Hand harvested, rigorously sorted and selected, cold skin maceration followed by a soft press. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with 6 months of battonage.

Tasting Notes: Powerful with superb structure, good finish, freshness with richness and concentration. Pale yellow in color with aromas of citric and pineapple,. It finishes with a fruity burst . Perfectly balanced, it will hold hold well for several years.
