Grape Variety: Field blend of Rabigato 60%, Códega 10%, Gouveio10%, Viosinho 20%.

Alcohol: 12.5% vol.

Producer Notes: Manually harvested in September, before pressing the grapes were de-stemmed and crushed, press was done without prior maceration, the wine was decanted at low temperature for 24 hours, indigenous yeast fermentation, 70% of the wine ageing took place in used 225L and 500L French oak barrels for 8 months and 30% of the wine fermented and aged in stainless steel vats. No malolactic fermentation. All grapes are from vineyards aged between 35 and 60 year.

Tasting Notes: “Intense with schistous grip, wet stones, flax, pear, quince, herbal melon, and tangerine, this mineral-driven white expands over an evening in your glass. Delicious now, and will certainly reward with cellaring.”
