Producer Notes: Manual harvest, lightly pressed, decanted at low temperature, fermentation at controlled temperature for 15 days and on the fine lees four months with battonnage.

Tasting Notes: The nose has a mix of tropical fruits and grapefruit. It is a fresh, lively wine that has lightness, minerality and refreshing acidity, with fruits on palate and saline finish.
