Quinta do Portal properties are located in the Cima-Corgo sub- region of Douro. 

The wines come from the  100 Ha of vineyards of the five estates; Quinta do Portal, Quinta do Confradeiro, Quinta dos Muros, Quinta da Abelheira and Quinta das Manuelas.  

These vine yards are very diverse with  different altitudes and sun exposures and multiple grape varieties, Thus allowing Quinta do Portal to produce excellent grapes that produce a diversity of wines of great quality

The grapes have distinct characteristics especially in terms of altitude, sun exposure and different grape varieties. Producing wines of elegance and aromatic complexity, with predominant  floral and mineral notes.
