Producer Notes: The grapes are from the 40 year old vine yards located in the Sub-Region of Terras de Senhorim between the Dão and Mondego river, planted at altitude of 400 to 500m in granite soils. The grapes are destemmed and directly pressed in a pneumatic press. Fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature and careful maceration for better expression of typical characteristics of the grape varieties.

Tasting Notes: Ruby, red fruits, with mineral nose, lively, fresh fruity with balanced acidity and soft tannins.
