Producer Notes: 

These 30 year old vineyards grapes are handpicked, destemmed and totally crushed. The juice is cooled by thermic shock, open spout with pneumatic pressing system. Fermentation takes place for 7 days in the granite stone tanks with foot treading and them in the stainless steel vats under controlled temperature for malolactic fermentation and aged in used oak.

Tasting Notes:

Garnet red, red fruit aroma with hints of vanilla and cocoa. Fresh, gentle mouth feel of fruit and long finish.
