Producer Notes: 

The grapes are handpicked, totally crushed and destemmed. The juice is cooled by thermic shock, open spout with pneumatic pressing system. Fermentation takes place in the stainless steel vats under controlled temperature at 16°C. Aged 4 months in used oak.

Tasting Notes:

Garnet red, red fruit aroma with hints of vanilla and cocoa. Fresh, gentle mouth feel of fruit and long finish.
