Producer Notes: All bunches are passed over a sorting table and subjected to intensive quality control. The grapes are gently crushed and moved by gravity into temperature regulated vats. Both alcoholic and malolactic fermentation occurred naturally with no inoculation. The post fermentation maceration on skins lasted for 28 days. Aged for 18 months in new French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes: Deep purple colour, attractive on the nose, showing intense and pure aromas of fresh red fruit and notes of violets. Engaging on the palate, with fresh, finely textured tannins, and intense notes of red berry fruit with soft hints of chocolate. It finishes with great freshness and persistence.
