Producer Notes: Grapes are lightly crushed and moved by gravity into temperature regulated steel tanks and large oak vats and fermented at 27ºC with two pump-overs per day. Indigenous yeast fermentation and post fermentation maceration of 21 days. The winery is located in Portalegre, a sub-region of Alentejo, The terroir is known for its cooler climate.

Tasting Notes: Concentrated purple color, intense floral nose with notes of black fruits. Mouth feel is full bodied, rich in flavor, with smooth tannins.
