Producer Notes: Manual harvest, de-stemmed and pre-fermentation maceration for 2 days. Fermentation at controlled temperature for 15 days. Post-fermentation maceration period of 10 days with 11 months ageing in new French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes: “A well structured wine, hints of pepper, mint and lush black fruit. It shows its wood aging strongly, contrasting with berry flavour and acidity. The wine is still young and will be better from 2019 onwards.”
