Alcohol: 13.5% vol.

Producer Notes: Manual harvest with two days of pre-fermenting maceration. Fermentation at controlled temperature for 15 days. About 30% of the wines is aged in used French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes: Good mid-palate adding a layer and shows a touch of herbs and blueberries. This is a ripe wine, rich and full of fruit. There are tannins to support the succulent red fruits. This wine is both structured and generous.
