Producer Notes: Certified VEQPRD (Gov. Sparkling Quality Certification). Produced using the “Bica Aberta” method to separate the solids before fermentation in a temperature controlled stainless steel tank followed by second fermentation in bottle.

Tasting Notes: “This traditional method fizz comes from Bairrada's limestone-laced soils. The grapes well balance each other off, skipping along a tight base with pear, quince marmalade, yellow apple, biscuit, meadow herbs with darts of oxidative notes. The finish is brisk and scented with delicate yellow blossoms. Reminds me of Spanish sparkling wine, like Cava, and a nice switch if that's what you’re used to drinking”
