Producer Notes: Certified VEQPRD (Gov. Sparkling Quality Certification), Bica Aberta and fermentation in controlled temperature stainless steel. Traditional method with second fermentation in bottle. 9 months in bottle before disgorgement in November 2021

Tasting Notes: Fresh and clear with deep pink colour. Fine bubbles fresh fruit aroma, notes of strawberry. In mouth, elegant and structured with fine and persistent bubbles, giving a delicate sparkling rosé.
