Producer Notes: Ginja Rossio is a small family-run company created officially in 1987 by Dario Pimpao and located in the village of Sobral da Lagoa, Obidos, the birthplace of the ginja fruit. Ginja fruit are harvested at the best stage of ripeness. Minimum one year maceration.

Tasting Notes: Bright cherry colour, nose of cherry, juicy cherry flavours. Contains sour cherries with pits inside the bottle. Well assimilated with clean finish.

Serving: Ginja is served as an aperitif or digestive, with desserts or enjoyed on its own. There are many other cocktail options.
