Producer Notes: The liqueur is made according to a traditional convent’ recipe without any colorings or flavorings'. After the cherries have been picked, they are selected, and placed in an alcoholic infusion in steel vats, where they rest for a long period of time.

Tasting Notes: Bright cherry red colour with some macerated cherries. Pure and spicy nose of cherry, almond, pepper and cinnamon. Sweet and heady palate, juicy cherry flavours, liqueur with plenty of spice and warmth. Contains whole cherries with pits inside the bottle.

Serving: Can be served as an aperitif or digestive, with desserts or enjoyed on its own. There are many other cocktail and cooking options.
