Producer Notes: Traditional and ancient mixture of brandy and honey. Brandymel is a liquor produced in the Algarve with honey, arbutus brandy and flavored with herbs. The brandy used is distilled. Honey and herbs are added and matured in used port barrels for 6 months. It is then filtered and bottled.

Tasting Notes: BrandyMel is smooth with delicate level of sweetness and well balanced, aroma of honey, chamomile and wild herbs are well assimilated delivering a clean smooth finish. Just amazing!

Serving: BrandyMel is served on the rocks or with a slice of lemon and there are many other cocktail options. .
