Producer Notes:

Sustainably farmed in granite soils with an Atlantic climate.  The grapes are from 10 year old vine yards The bunches were destemmed and the grapes macerated for 12 hours, preceded by light pressing and decanting for 48 hours. Fermented at controlled temperature (16º-18ºC) for 7 days. Stored in stainless steel vats before bottling.

Tasting Notes:

Light yellow colour, with vegetal and floral hints, fresh and fruits and acidity well structured.
