Producer Notes:

Sustainably farmed in granite soils with an Atlantic climate.  The grapes are from 15 year old vine yards The bunches were destemmed and the grapes macerated for 14 hours, preceded by light pressing and decanting for 48 hours. Fermented at controlled temperature (14º-15ºC) for 7 days. Stored in stainless steel vats before bottling. Bottled March 2024.

Tasting Notes:

Citrus color with floral hints, has slight effervescence to give a fresh and fruits and acidity.
