Producer Notes: Pre-filoxera vineyards of Malvasia de Colares grape variety, planted in the XIX century. Located on pre-historical sandy-dunes on the cliffs over the Atlantic, the un-grafted vines are deeply rooted in the layer of clay at a depth of 2 to 4 meters. The hand-picked grapes went through a tight selection process in the vineyard and winery. After gentle press and 6 hours of skin maceration the juice undergoes 48 hour of static decantation. Natural fermentation in 225L old French oak barrels. Aged for 18 months in old French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes: Atlantic rich flavour, white fruit, honey, anise and tangerine jam and toasted pollen aromas. Elegant and velvet entrance of the Atlantic Ocean flavour crisp acidity with finishing long and intense.. It will mature in bottle for next 15 years.
