Producer Notes: The 40 year old vine yards are located in the Sub-Region of Terras de Senhorim between the Dão and Mondego river, planted at altitude of 400 to 500m in granite soils. The grapes are destemmed and directly pressed in a pneumatic press, sent to a decantation vats where fermentation was carried out at a controlled temperature.

Tasting Notes: Light yellow, citric, white fleshed fruits with mineral. Lively, fresh fruity with balanced acidity.
