Producer Notes: Grapes are crushed and de-stemmed pre-fermentation, cold maceration and fermentation at 25ºC. Aged 6 months in used French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes: Wine has aromas of ripe fruit, cherry and raspberry and light floral notes. Knit, tannins contain the spicy blackcurrant and ripe, juicy cherry and berry. The finish is harmonious, leaving excellent fruity sensations of mineral.
